Location: Ubud, Bali Employment Type: Full-Time Jungle Padel Ubud is looking for a motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club and deliver an outstanding experience to our members and guests. Indonesian citizen.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong hospitality mindset and customer service orientation. Previous management experience in hospitality, sports, fitness, or a customer-facing business.
Passion for sports; knowledge of or interest in padel is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high operational standards. Competitive salary based on experience. Performance-based incentives.
