Position: Packaging Development Supervisor Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang. Job Requirements
Tanggung jawab: Develop Packaging Designs: Responsible for designing and developing new packaging that is innovative, functional, and aligned with brand identity or product requirements; Select Packaging Materials: Determine appropriate packaging material specifications based on product needs, cost efficiency, and environmental impact; Manage Packaging Development Projects: Oversee packaging development projects from concept to implementation on the production line, ensuring product timelines and objectives are met; Conduct Packaging Evaluation and Testing: Perform performance tests on packaging (material strength, safety, environmental resistance, etc.) to ensure quality and functionality during storage and distribution; Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with R&D, product development, production, engineering, quality, PPIC, and procurement teams to ensure packaging designs meet technical, cost, and aesthetic standards; Source and Negotiate with Vendors: Coordinate with packaging suppliers to procure materials that meet specifications and negotiate pricing and delivery timelines; Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all packaging developed complies with local and international regulations related to materials, labelling, and environmental standards; Troubleshoot Packaging Issues: Analyze and provide solutions for technical packaging problems encountered during production, distribution, or customer feedback; Train and Supervise Team Members: Guide and supervise packaging development team members to ensure effective performance and achievement of department goals; Why Join Eka Jaya Group?
