We have a strong inbound sales engine and global presence. For 2026 and forward, we are expanding our outbound channel to build a structured digital pipeline alongside inbound. Role Overview We are hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to focus purely on proactive digital prospecting and pipeline generation. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new swimwear and fashion brands globally. This is a performance-driven role with strong bonus upside. Key Responsibilities

Identify and research target swimwear and fashion brands Build and maintain prospect lists Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Run structured cold email sequences Personalize outreach using research and AI tools Qualify prospects and book sales calls

Create and maintain accurate deal records in Pipedrive Hit weekly measurable activity targets All outbound-sourced deals will be clearly tracked in CRM. Reporting Structure
