Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management Minimum 4 year of experience in the Organization Development area (preferably in a manufacturing company)
Strong experience in handling the end-to-end talent management cycle (competency development & performance management) Strong experience in handling Organizational & Job Analysis. Familiar with HRIS, workload analysis, and appraisal tools
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage projects well
Responsibilities: Control the development and maintenance of organizational structure and its position profiles. Control the development and maintenance of competency framework and talent development initiatives.
Manage workforce planning management activities. Organize the process of performance management system. Provide support for change management and organizational improvement projects.
