The Supervisor Development Program (SDP) is a 12-month development program designed for fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of working experience who aspire to build their careers as future Supervisors. Throughout the program, participants will develop their knowledge and skills through a combination of structured learning, on-the-job training, mentoring, and regular competency evaluations. Every three months, participants will present their project progress and achievements to a review panel as part of the program evaluation process. Each participant will be guided by a Mentor, who provides continuous support throughout the program, as well as a Project Mentor, who offers technical guidance and project-related coaching. By the end of the program, participants are expected to have the knowledge, practical experience, and leadership skills needed to take on supervisory responsibilities with confidence. Participants will receive functional exposure in Quality Operations (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality System, & Quality Compliance), Site (Production, Engineering, Manufacturing Development, Technical Services), and Support (PPIC, Procurement, & Purchasing).
