PT Marcopolo Shipyard is hiring an experienced CNC Operator with shipyard experience to join our team.
Tanggung jawab: Operate CNC machines according to technical drawings and work instructions; Perform machine setup before production; Ensure machined parts meet quality and dimensional requirements; Conduct routine machine checks and maintain machine cleanliness; Report machine issues or operational problems to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent; Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a shipyard (Mandatory); Able to operate CNC machines and read technical drawings; Skilled in machine setup, tool setting, and using precision measuring instruments; Good understanding of machining processes and quality standards; Familiar with workplace safety (HSE) procedures; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
