About the role We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia in the Jakarta Raya (Jabodetabek) region. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. This role is pivotal in translating strategic objectives into operational success and maintaining our commitment to green and smart mobility solutions. Key responsibilities

Effectively coordinate driver partners to ensure supply-demand balance Oversee driver onboarding, training, and performance management Manage and coordinate drivers to ensure efficient vehicle utilization, address operational issues, and provide support to enhance driver performance and safety

Handle arising incidents related to unit assets and drivers on a daily basis. Coordinate to monitor the progress of incident resolution with relevant parties Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all units meet safety, performance, and quality standards before deployment or after servicing What we're looking
