Operations Manager - Hotel/Restaurant - Nusa Lembongan

Operations Manager - Hospitality Seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our hospitality venues in Nusa Lembongan. We are located a short boat ride away from the mainland of Bali. Playgrounds Wave Lodge, located in Jungutbatu, 6 room hotel, located on the waterfront with the best views on the island. Views to all surf breaks, walking distance to restaurants.

Featuring Thai Pantry restaurant, a busy venue, 60 seats, with ocean and Mt Agung View, Kombi Cocktail bar. Kai Koa Boat - An 8 seater boat with 6 scheduled trips between the islands of Sanur & Nusa Lembongan. Taking 15 to 20 minutes only and private charters to other destinations - Nusa Penida. Previous experience required in this role with hotel & restaurant operations

Knowledge of daily & monthly reporting Knowledge of food & beverage costings & reporting. Excellent knowledge of operations in all areas of the hotel, preventative maintenance, administration, staff requirements.

Ensure consistency & quality, strong leadership skills. Attention to detail, well organised, able to handle busy operating venues. Excellent knowledge of preventative maintenance and property maintenance.

Hands on leader, must be able to complete any operational tasks. Needs to enjoy working outdoors, active. Candidate must be able to provide previous job references
