We are hiring an Operations Manager for Tour and Travel to lead and expand our tourism portfolio in Bali. You will be tasked with developing landtour products, building local partnerships, driving regional expansion into new markets, and overseeing operational excellence to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and manage the Landtour product portfolio in Bali (full-day tours, multi-day packages, private tours); Build and expand the local partner network: restaurants, transportation, local guides, and attractions; Plan and execute regional expansion strategy, including integration with the Komodo route and surrounding areas; Oversee operational quality: review processes, handle complaints, and maintain service standards; Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team to bring products to the Vietnam and China outbound markets; Manage the operations budget and submit regular performance reports to the Board of Directors.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tour operations or travel management in Bali or Indonesia; An established network of local vendors and suppliers in Bali is a strong advantage; Proficient in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or Mandarin is a plus; Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Understanding of the preferences and travel behavior of Vietnamese and Chinese tourists; Flexible availability by season and willingness to travel within the region.
