We are growing one of Jakarta's first ever padel building designed to become SCBD go-to community hub. Our facility features five indoor padel courts, 3 pickleball courts, wellness facilities including sauna, cold plunge, Cardea Pilates and Physio, as well as a café operated by 20WOL spanning across 6 floors. More than just a sports venue, we are creating a place where people connect, compete, and spend time together. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the very beginning and take pride in building something exceptional.
As our Operations & Facilities Manager , you will be the person responsible for ensuring the building operates smoothly every day. You will work directly under the CEO and become the operational leader on-site. You are expected to be proactive, highly organized, and calm under pressure. When guests have questions, when staff need advice, or when unexpected issues arise, you will be the first person everyone turns to. Most importantly, you will represent the image and standards of our brand.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the entire facility Ensure all areas of the building are clean, organized, and operating properly Conduct detailed inspections throughout the day
Identify operational issues before customers notice them Supervise front-of-house staff including receptionists, runners, cleaning staff, and outsourced vendors Schedule shifts and monitor attendance
Train new staff on service standards and SOPs Ensure every staff member delivers excellent customer service Be the first point of contact for customer concerns or complaints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Graduates from Hospitality, Sports Management, Facility Management, Tourism, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, sports clubs, hotels, fitness centers, restaurants, or customer-facing operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working on-site and actively involved in daily operations.
- Able to solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
