Operational Manager

About us PT Trans Armada Synergy is a trucking logistics company in East Java specializing in container shipping that strives to improve efficiency and optimize logistics costs based on high operational standards to create the best satisfaction and logistics experience. About the role We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join PT Trans Armada Synergy in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our fleet management operations. As Operational Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and safe running of our transportation and logistics operations. This position is pivotal to maintaining our service excellence and achieving operational targets whilst managing costs and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle dispatch, routing and delivery scheduling to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Monitor and manage the Driver to fulfill the order job from customer

Supervise operational staff, including drivers, mechanics and logistics Conduct regular vehicle maintenance inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and ensure fleet safety Develop and implement operational procedures and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Manage compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards and industry requirements Prepare operational reports and analyse key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement Respond to operational challenges and incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with broader company objectives What we're looking for Minimum 5+ years of experience in operation management or transport operations management
