We are an importer and distributor in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry in Indonesia, consisting of several key entities: PT Pantja Artha Niaga , PT Pelita Abadi Niaga , PT Pelita Makmur Perkasa , PT Sumber Anggur Sejahtera , and Nano Logistic . Currently, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as "Operational Manager" 📍Pulogadung - Jakarta for one of our principals - PT Pelita Mulia Perkasa. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline. Proven experience as a Supervisor, Manager, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role within a distribution company.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain operations. Familiar with business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities. Experience in auditing or internal control functions will be an advantage.
Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient execution in accordance with company SOPs
- Control warehouse operations, including FIFO/FEFO implementation, stock accuracy, and inventory availability
- Monitor and coordinate product distribution and delivery activities to customers
- Manage supply chain and logistics processes to support business operations
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management decision-making
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operational processes
- Review and validate operational documentation, including sales administration, purchasing, invoicing, AR/AP, and tax-related documents
- Monitor collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
