Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or related fields (having experience min. 2 years as QC in electrical panel manufacture is a pluss)
• Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical panels, assembly, wiring, testing (FAT), and production workflow
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and work under project deadlines and production targets
• Familiar with production planning, cost control, quality management, and occupational safety (K3)

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, supervise, and control the entire panel production process, including assembly, wiring, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and delivery
• Coordinate and manage production teams, technicians, and helpers to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure all production activities comply with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower while coordinating with Procurement, Project, and Quality Control teams to ensure efficient operations and on-time project completion
• Identify and resolve operational issues while implementing corrective actions, improving production performance, and controlling operational costs in line with the project budget
