Dalam peran penuh waktu ini, Anda bertanggung jawab mengawasi operasional harian toko ritel fashion yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat. Kepemimpinan strategis Anda sangat krusial dalam mendorong keunggulan operasional dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Anda akan mengelola koordinasi aspek operasional toko, termasuk manajemen inventaris, penjadwalan staf, dan penyampaian layanan pelanggan. Tanggung jawab: Manage and coordinate all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service delivery; Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability; Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising and store presentation guidelines; Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement; Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns; Manage and develop a team of store associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
