Operation Logistics Export Import Air & Sea Freight

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Export-Import / Customs Compliance - Strong knowledge of export-import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB) - Familiar with INSW, CEISA, and Customs (Bea Cukai) systems - Strong adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a team - Excellent communication skills across stakeholders: internal (cross-department) and external (customs officers, forwarders, clients) What You’ll Do - Handle end-to-end export and import processes in compliance with applicable regulations - Prepare and review export-import documents to ensure accuracy and completeness - Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (customs, forwarders, surveyors, clients) for smooth operations - Manage and submit documentation through INSW, CEISA, and other customs systems - Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company compliance with customs requirements - Identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation - Support audits and maintain proper documentation records
