PT Baria Bulk Terminal adalah perusahaan terkemuka di sektor penyimpanan cairan curah (bulk liquid storage) dan logistik minyak & gas yang berkomitmen tinggi terhadap standar keselamatan operasional. Posisi Oil Terminal Loading Master Staff memegang peran vital dalam mengoordinasikan seluruh rangkaian proses transfer cairan curah secara aman dan efisien antara kapal tanker minyak dan terminal darat. Karyawan pada posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin pertemuan pra-transfer, memantau parameter operasional secara ketat, memverifikasi kuantitas serta kualitas kargo bersama surveyor independen, serta menegakkan kepatuhan mutlak terhadap regulasi HSSE dan keselamatan maritim internasional.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate the entire liquid cargo transfer process, including loading and discharging operations between oil tankers and the shore terminal; Lead the Pre-Transfer Conference (toolbox meeting) with the vessel's crew, independent surveyors, and terminal operations team before cargo transfer begins; Monitor and control operational parameters, including flow rates, pipeline pressure, and the readiness of jetty facilities and piping systems; Verify cargo quantity and quality alongside independent surveyors through tank gauging, sampling, and temperature-corrected volume calculations; Enforce strict compliance with HSSE regulations, ISGOTT guidelines, and company internal procedures to ensure zero accidents and prevent environmental pollution; Prepare accurate documentation and operational reports, such as Loading/Discharging Reports , Notice of Readiness , Time Logs , and Letters of Protest in the event of cargo discrepancies or operational delays.
Kualifikasi: Education: Minimum Diploma (D-3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Engineering, Maritime Studies (ANT/ATT), or High School/Vocational graduate with extensive relevant experience; Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Loading Master, Shore Representative, or within oil and gas custody transfer operations; Valid Loading Master Competency Certificate from BNSP / certified professional body; Valid OHS/K3 Migas or maritime safety certification (e.g., Basic Safety Training ); Strong understanding of international maritime regulations, including ISGOTT, MARPOL, SOLAS, and ASTM/API oil measurement tables; Proficient in oil cargo calculation and volume correction; Excellent, assertive communication skills with proficiency in English (for seamless communication with foreign vessel crews); Physically and mentally fit, no color blindness, and fully prepared to work in a shift-based / on-call environment; Certifications (Required/Preferred):; Technical Skills:; Key Competencies:.
