PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk is a major manufacturer of pulp, cultural paper, industrial paper, and tissue, with production facilities in Riau, Serang, and Tangerang. The company operates in the industrial, trade, and forestry sectors, exporting a significant portion of its products globally while serving the local market.
The Officer, Recruitment will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, assessments, interviews, and onboarding. The role also involves managing HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee data, tracking overtime, preparing weekly reports, and supporting various HR events and activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related studies.
- Have an experience in Recruitment Position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially powerpoint & excel).
- Active & agile to learn.
- Able to manage data & presentation report.
Tanggung Jawab
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, assessments, interviews, administration, onboarding).
- Monitor employee performance during the 3-month probation period.
- Register and update employee data in the HR system.
- Ensure all employees in the HR Department register their projects in the system.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee overtime data.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports.
- Support the execution of various HR events and activities.
