Posisi ini berfokus pada manajemen rantai pasok dan kepatuhan pengadaan. Anda akan berperan dalam memantau pesanan pembelian (PO) dan memastikan pengiriman material atau jasa berjalan tepat waktu. Tanggung jawab Anda mencakup komunikasi intensif dengan pemasok dan pihak terkait untuk menyelesaikan kendala pengiriman, memelihara catatan pengadaan yang akurat, serta mendukung pemantauan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur internal dan audit. Anda juga akan mengidentifikasi risiko pasokan dan memberikan laporan berkala kepada pemangku kepentingan.
Tanggung jawab: Track and expedite open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials, parts, equipment, and services; Communicate with suppliers, freight providers, warehouse, and end users to resolve delivery delays, documentation gaps, and order discrepancies; Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, quotations, delivery updates, compliance documents, and supplier correspondence; Monitor supplier commitment dates and provide regular expediting reports to purchasing and operations stakeholders; Support compliance monitoring for purchasing activities, including approval requirements, vendor documentation, audit readiness, and internal procedure adherence; Identify potential supply risks, escalate issues early, and recommend corrective actions to minimize operational disruption; Assist with invoice matching, goods receipt follow-up, and closure of outstanding procurement actions.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; Minimum 3 years of experience in expediting, purchasing administration, logistics, procurement, compliance, or supply chain support; Good understanding of purchase orders, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, document control, and procurement compliance; Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure; Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar systems will be an advantage; Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, will be an advantage.
