• Manage sales administration, including preparing invoices, processing Custom Order Forms (COF), issuing delivery orders, and maintaining sales documentation
• Prepare sales administration reports and support the daily operations of the Sales team
• Manage the receiving, storage, organization, and availability of products in the showroom
• Perform daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and the system
• Print and attach product labels or barcodes based on information provided by the Production team
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards before being displayed or handed over to customers
• Upload new products to the company website with accurate and complete product information
• Update product inventory and availability on the website to ensure accurate stock information
• Monitor the website and report any issues or improvement requirements to the relevant team
• Prepare, perform final quality checks, pack customer orders, and coordinate shipments with customers and courier partners, ensuring all orders are processed accurately, completely, and delivered on time
