The Occupational Health (OH) Doctor’s primary function is to implement and to supervise occupational health services at the site.
Tanggung jawab: Develop OH framework to promote workplace safety and health; Recommend / implement policies to maintain safe and healthy workplace; Organize occupational health education activity i.e health talk, flyer, etc; Identifying risk and hazards in workplace through activities such as conduct safety/hygiene /sanitation inspections, walk through survey, etc; Coordinate with the CMO to provide input on occupational health practices to client if needed; Surveillance, performing investigation and reporting on occupational disease for employees who attend the MCU or who come for outpatient treatment; Supervising and providing direction for client occupational health services; fit to work, fit for task, return to work policy, etc and provide occupational health consultation services to employees to determine their return to work, included recommendatio; Key Skills/Qualities:; Postgraduate in Occupational Health (MKK or SpOK); Having minimum 2 -5 years Occupational Health experience; Experience in mining industry will be an advantage; HIMU, ATLS, ACLS, and Hiperkes certification are advantage; Good written and spoken English are advantage; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality; Willing to be placed at Kalimantan area.
