Tanggung Jawab

• Providing patient services, especially medical and preventive services, including immunization services, patient examination, and IV/SC/IC/IV injection, either in clinic or home service
• Educating patients about the importance of vaccination and promoting preventive services by providing adequate information information to patients
• Communicating health promotion and vaccine awareness
• Maintaining relationship with the customers/ patients
• Complete customer/patient data collection and input to electronic medical record
• Manage customer/ patient schedule with the attending doctor/ physician
• Doing social services in Elderly Nursing Home
• Being able to do SWAB is preferred
• Improving his/her own skill and competence in providing medical and prevention services, including: vaccination, medical check up, genetic testing, IM/SC/IC/IV injection and infusion through numerous trainings and workshop provided by inHARMONY and BSI Fo
• Responsible to medical and preventive services delivered, including handling objections, complaints, patient's hesitancy, and managing adverse events from medical services
• Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Midwivery, or equivalent
• Candidate willing to work at inHARMONY Clinic, Jakarta Pusat
• Having valid and active registration certificate (STR) and willing to register practice license (SIP)
• Required skill(s): vaccination, blood sample taking, phlebotomy, IVA test, hospitality, customer relations, basic medical procedures
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Healthcare
• Preferably experienced in vaccination
• Preferably have BTCLS certificate
• Professional, neat, honest, diligent, integrity, communicative, good personality
• Independent but capable of team work
• Capable of working under pressure
• Willing to work in Sundays and Public Holidays if needed
• Willing to work out of office and home service
