About the role PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk is seeking a talented and enthusiastic NOC Security System Intern to join our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team. This is a full-time internship position based in Cibitung, Bekasi Regency, West Java. We are offering an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in cybersecurity and network operations within a dynamic Data Center environment. This internship provides invaluable hands-on experience that will accelerate your career. Key responsibilities Monitor security systems, network alerts, and surveillance systems to identify and respond to potential security threats in real-time Assist in the daily operations of the Network Operations Centre (NOC), including log monitoring and incident documentation Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of security monitoring tools and systems, such as CCTV and physical access control Maintain security system (equipment, system, and server) Help conduct regular security patrols and inspections of physical infrastructure and IT facilities Assist in generating security reports and alerts for management review Collaborate with the operations team to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security systems Support the implementation of security policies and procedures across the organisation What we're looking for Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate program in Information Technology, Network, or a related field Have troubleshooting-mindset Familiarity with hardware and software (computerization) Having knowledge of OS Windows or Linux
