No Experience Needed - International Live Chat Customer Service

Just graduated? Love helping people? Fluent in English? This is your moment to shine. You'll be handling overseas customers by using live chats with our Yogyakarta team ! This position is for English Customer Sevice (WFO - Yogyakarta Site) Chat with customers and solve their questions in e-commerce with care. Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!).

Escalate important matters when needed. Hit performance goals (we’ll help you get there!) Be part of an International supportive and high-energy team!

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75). Strong English skills (written & spoken, Level B2 Upper Intermediate - C1 Advanced ) – tested in recruitment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Willing to work on a shifting schedule , especially night shifts, as we operate following the U.S. business hours . Global-minded night owls who thrive in a calm, focused nighttime environment. Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus. Fast learner, independent, and ready to work. Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
