About the role We are seeking a National After Sales Leader to join our management team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing and optimizing our after-sales operations across multiple sites nationwide. As National After Sales Leader, you will be responsible for directing the after-sales function to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's overall business objectives. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site operations within the retail and consumer products industry.

Key responsibilities Develop and implement national after-sales strategies and policies to ensure consistent service delivery across all sites Oversee the performance of after-sales teams across multiple locations, ensuring targets and service level agreements are met

Manage the budget allocation for after-sales operations and monitor expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness Lead the recruitment, training and development of after-sales personnel to build high-performing teams Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support business growth Coordinate with other departments, including sales, logistics and operations, to ensure seamless after-sales processes Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements

Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management on key after-sales metrics and trends Drive innovation in after-sales service offerings to differentiate the company in the marketplace What we're looking for
