Your Role in this Journey: * Perform high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, gel extensions, nail art, and nail repairs for BFriends customers. * Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized nail station in compliance with health and safety regulations.* Consult with customers to understand their preferences, nail health concerns, and desired outcomes before each service. * Provide professional recommendations on nail shapes, colors, designs, and aftercare based on customers lifestyle and preferences. * Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, colors, and seasonal designs to offer fresh and creative options.* Manage nail service inventory including polishes, gels, acrylic powders, tools, and disposables; report low stock to Purchasing team. * Sterilize and sanitize all reusable tools (cuticle pushers, nippers, files, buffers) after each customers following hygiene protocols. * Build long-term customers relationships to encourage repeat bookings, loyalty, and referrals to other BFriends units (Spa, Beauty, Fitness, Cafe, Yoga and Barre).* Upsell additional services such as nail art, nail treatments, hand/foot masks, and express touch-ups. * Participate in BFriends cross-promotional events (e.g., bridal packages, holiday specials) with other services. Who We’re Excited to Meet:Required Skills: - Certified Nail Technician (diploma or certificate from a recognized beauty school or local equivalent) with 2 years of professional salon, spa, or studio experience - Able to demonstrated proficiency in gel polish, acrylics, dip powder, nail art, and current trends (e.g., minimalist designs, 3D embellishments)
