Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.)
• Basic understanding of branding and visual communication
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and F&B industry is a plus

Tanggung Jawab

• Design creative marketing materials for The Cakap Group and hospitality client projects across print and digital platforms
• Assist in developing brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, brand guidelines, and visual systems
• Create professional mockups for branding applications such as menus, packaging, uniforms, signage, merchandise, stationery, and promotional materials
• Produce engaging visual content for websites, social media, presentations, proposals, brochures, advertisements, and digital campaigns
• Support the branding and marketing activities of new hospitality pre-opening projects by preparing visual concepts and promotional assets
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and Senior Designer on ongoing projects
• Adapt design concepts based on feedback and project requirements
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and messaging
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines
• Prepare design files for digital and print use
• Stay updated with design trends, especially in the hospitality and lifestyle industry
