• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned industrial sectors
• Provide technical consultations to clients to ensure the right VSD sizing and specifications
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical presentation to quotation and closing
• Liaise with the technical support team for commissioning and after-sales service coordination
• Maintain an up-to-date database of market trends and competitor activities
• Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience in mining industries with experience handling VSD/Inverters, Soft Starters, or Motor Control Systems
• Strong knowledge of VSD applications, motor control systems, energy-saving solutions, and PLC/SCADA integration
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, including SLD and P&ID drawings
• Experience supporting industrial customers in sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, and Water/Wastewater Treatment
• Familiar with industry-specific applications, standards, and operational requirements related to industrial automation and motor control systems
• Strong technical consultation, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
