PT DMA (Daya Mineral Alam) adalah perusahaan yang sedang berkembang dan mencari pemimpin operasional yang berpengalaman untuk membangun serta mengelola fungsi operasional pertambangan. Perusahaan berfokus pada pertumbuhan jangka panjang dengan standar keselamatan dan efisiensi yang tinggi. Mining Operations Manager bertanggung jawab membangun sistem operasional yang efektif, menyusun rencana strategis, serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas pertambangan berjalan sesuai dengan target produksi dan kepatuhan regulasi. Peran ini mencakup pengembangan kebijakan, manajemen kontraktor, pengendalian biaya, serta pelaporan kinerja kepada manajemen untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis.
Tanggung jawab: Establish and develop the mining operations framework, including operational strategies, management systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and performance monitoring mechanisms aligned with the company's business objectives; Develop comprehensive mining operational plans, work programs, production targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support effective planning, execution, and performance evaluation; Develop the operational structure, manpower requirements, role responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms necessary to establish and strengthen the mining operations function; Establish operational policies, procedures, reporting systems, and internal controls to promote consistency, accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement; Establish effective coordination with site management, contractors, and cross-functional departments to ensure operational readiness, resource availability, and efficient execution of mining activities; Ensure that mining operations comply with applicable mining regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental standards, permitting obligations, and internal company policies; Identify operational gaps and development priorities, establish improvement initiatives, and progressively strengthen the company's operational capabilities, systems, and organizational readiness; Prepare and present operational reports, performance analyses, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to management to support business planning and decision making.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline; Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mining operations, including substantial experience in operational leadership and management; Proven experience in developing and implementing mining operational plans, procedures, management systems, budgets, and performance monitoring frameworks; Strong understanding of mining operations, production planning, operational cost control, contractor management, and resource optimization; Good understanding of applicable mining regulations, safety requirements, environmental compliance, and operational risk management.
