About The Client: Micrology Coffee Roasters is an independent specialty coffee roaster from Perth, Australia, dedicated to sourcing and roasting exceptional coffees that highlight their unique character and origin. As Micrology prepares to open its new branch in Canggu, Bali, we are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team and help create an outstanding café experience from the very beginning. Position Summary Responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service in line with Micrology Coffee Roasters standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages

Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation Deliver friendly and professional customer service Maintain cleanliness of the bar and café area

Support daily operations, stock control, and equipment maintenance Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
