Merchant Risk Operations Team Leader
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
2+ years of experience in Fraud Investigation, Risk Control, Field Audit, Merchant Risk Management, or related functions within the financial services, fintech, banking, or consumer finance industry. Strong understanding of fraud investigation processes, risk assessment, and field audit methodologies.
Familiar with Indonesian financial regulations, including OJK regulations and applicable data privacy laws. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willing to travel frequently for business trips across Indonesia. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Able to communicate in English for cross-functional collaboration; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the field Merchant Risk Operations team to ensure effective execution of channel risk control activities
- Plan and execute field audits and merchant inspections based on risk assessments and business priorities
- Investigate suspected fraud cases involving merchants, third parties, or financing transactions, and ensure proper evidence collection and documentation
- Monitor merchant compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze fraud trends and audit findings to identify potential risks and recommend preventive actions
- Develop and improve risk control procedures, investigation processes, and operational SOPs
- Track corrective actions for identified violations and monitor their implementation
- Prepare investigation reports, risk analysis, and management updates on a regular basis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Security teams, to support fraud prevention initiatives
- Coach, supervise, and evaluate team performance while driving continuous capability development
