Lead category management by optimizing sourcing, pricing, planning, and supplier relations to achieve sales and profit growth. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola kategori produk Electric & Lighting secara end-to-end, mulai dari perencanaan produk, pengadaan, penetapan harga, promosi, hingga ketentuan perdagangan (Trading Term). Anda akan berperan penting dalam membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang kuat dengan para pemasok lokal maupun internasional guna mengamankan penawaran serta program terbaik bagi perusahaan. Selain itu, posisi ini mewajibkan Anda untuk memantau tingkat persediaan serta kinerja produk guna memastikan ketersediaan barang dan rotasi stok yang sehat. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim pemasaran dan operasional toko untuk mengeksekusi kegiatan promosi serta peluncuran produk baru, di samping melakukan analisis data penjualan, tren kategori, dan kompetitor untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Manage the Electric & Lighting product category end-to-end: product planning, sourcing, pricing, promotions, & Trading Term; 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to secure the best deals and programs; 3. Monitor inventory levels and product performance to ensure availability and healthy stock rotation; 4. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and marketing support to achieve target margins; 5. Collaborate with the marketing and store operations teams to execute promotional activities and product launches; 6. Analyze sales data, category trends, and competitors to support business growth.
Kualifikasi: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field with a minimun GPA of 3.00; 2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Buying, Merchandising or Category Management, from Industry Retail Building Materials or Supplier; 3. Strong Negotiation, Trading Term, Analytical, & Strategic/Conceptual thinking; 4. A detail-oriented and business-minded professional who thrives in a dynamic retail environment; 5. Proficient in Ms. Excel (Pivot, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Etc) & Ms. Power Point; 6. Fluent in English (Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus); 7. Willing to be placed Head Office - Mitra 10 Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten; 8. Join A.S.A.P.
