Your Role We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our growing Bali-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and modelling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in Revit for residential and real estate projects. Key Responsibilities * Design and model Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems in Revit. * Produce accurate technical drawings and coordinated BIM models.

* Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs. * Ensure all MEP designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements. * Collaborate closely with architects throughout the design process.

* Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination. * Support the optimization of building performance and installation efficiency. Required Skills & Experience * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Engineer or MEP BIM Modeler. * Proficient in the following programs
