Medical Sales Representative

About the role This is an excellent opportunity to join PT Solaris Scientific Indonesia as a Medical Sales Specialist based in Jogjakarta & Surabaya. As a Medical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Solaris' innovative medical devices, pharmaceuticals and equipment to healthcare providers and institutions. This is a full-time role that requires building strong relationships with key customers and effectively communicating the benefits of our cutting-edge products. What you'll be doing

Identify and develop relationships with new and existing healthcare customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of Solaris' medical devices, pharmaceuticals and equipment Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to secure new business

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences What we're looking for Relevant experience: At least 3 years of experience in medical sales or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry

Industry knowledge: Extensive understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market, including regulatory requirements and customer needs Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers Problem-solving and adaptability: Capacity to think creatively and respond quickly to changing market conditions and customer requirements
