Key Responsibilities Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Plan and manage the social media content calendar for the cafe and baking classes.

Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor daily social media activity. Capture content during cafe operations, workshops, events, and collaborations. Edit photos and videos for reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

Coordinate with the operations team to promote new menu items, workshops, and special events. Communicate with influencers and content collaborators when required. Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports and content insights.

Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative marketing ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness. Requirements

Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred. Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
