Bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengoordinasikan tim pemeliharaan mekanis guna memastikan seluruh aktivitas perawatan berjalan dengan aman, efektif, dan sesuai jadwal. Peran ini mencakup pemantauan performa peralatan, evaluasi biaya perawatan, serta perencanaan dan eksekusi pemeliharaan preventif, prediktif, dan korektif pada mesin produksi. Selain itu, posisi ini memimpin proses troubleshooting, inspeksi, perbaikan, dan penggantian komponen mekanis seperti pompa, konveyor, motor, gearbox, kompresor, katup, dan sistem perpipaan. Supervisor juga memastikan ketersediaan suku cadang dan alat kerja melalui koordinasi dengan departemen terkait.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance team; Monitor maintenance activities and evaluate equipment performance, maintenance costs, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness; Plan, monitor, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; Lead troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and replacement of mechanical components; Ensure the availability of mechanical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing; Experience in a supervisory or team-lead position preferred; Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, machinery, rotating equipment, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, piping, valves, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems; Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills; Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
