Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in construction projects
• Experience in industrial plants, factories, power plants, oil & gas, or other large-scale construction projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, piping systems, rotating/static equipment, and construction methodologies
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and technical specifications
• Familiar with construction safety standards and quality control procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as required

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise daily mechanical construction activities, including installation of piping, equipment, and mechanical systems
• Ensure all mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor manpower productivity, material usage, and equipment availability
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project standards, and company procedures
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during construction activities
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate project updates to the project management team
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
