We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to support mechanical installation and site execution activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily mechanical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Responsibilities Supervise daily mechanical installation and maintenance activities at the project site. Coordinate and monitor the work of technicians and subcontractors. Ensure all mechanical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Mechanical Engineer. Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with project quality standards and HSE requirements. Prepare daily reports and site documentation. Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar role. Experience in construction, industrial, shipyard, MEP, or data center projects is preferred. Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical specifications. Good supervisory, communication, and coordination skills.
