Kami mencari tenaga ahli untuk posisi Mechanical/Electrical dalam proyek Mills. Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman kerja yang solid di lingkungan pabrik, manufaktur, atau penggilingan (mills) untuk memastikan operasional mesin berjalan lancar. Anda akan bertanggung jawab melakukan pemeliharaan preventif, prediktif, dan korektif pada sistem mekanikal (seperti pompa, kompresor, conveyor) maupun elektrikal (seperti panel distribusi, motor listrik, PLC). Posisi ini berbasis di Merauke dan memerlukan kesiapan untuk bekerja dalam sistem shift serta mengikuti pelatihan di luar negeri dengan ikatan dinas.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; At least 3–5 years of experience in a plant, manufacturing, or mills environment with hands on experience; Strong understanding of industrial systems and equipment, including:; Mechanical : rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, conveyors), gearboxes, bearings, lubrication systems; Electrical : distribution panels, electric motors, inverters/VFDs, basic PLC systems; Proven ability to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for mechanical and electrical systems; Able to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams; Familiar with maintenance and reliability strategies (PM, PdM, RCA is an advantage); Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in industrial settings; Proficient in using technical instruments (e.g., multimeter, vibration tester); Experience working with production targets and downtime control; Able to work independently as well as in a team environment; Willing to work in shift schedules and be based in a plant environment; Willing to overseas training with company bonding agreement; Required Language : English; Willing to Relocate in Site : Merauke location.
