Material & Logistic Manager

About the Role As a Material & Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, management, and timely delivery of materials and logistics needed across all operational sites. This role requires a strong leader who can plan strategically, manage warehouse operations efficiently, and uphold the highest safety and environmental standards — all while keeping operational costs in check. What You'll Be Doing Developing and executing the Material & Logistic Department's business plan in alignment with company operational schedules.

Analyzing material and logistics needs across all sites and consolidating procurement plans for General Manager approval. Reviewing, updating, and implementing logistics and warehouse policies and SOPs in accordance with the latest regulations. Ensuring warehouse security standards are maintained, including routine safety equipment inspections, disaster simulations, and proper incident investigation sign-offs.

Overseeing timely material request and procurement processes, from purchase requests through to goods receipt and issuance across all sites. Managing material returns from completed or abandoned sites, including condition recovery, documentation, and repair cost submissions. Supervising operational cash management and cash replenishment requests across all sites.

Ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery of materials between warehouses, vendors, and field sites. Analyzing material and logistics reports and procurement costs, identifying cost efficiency opportunities, and submitting consolidated reports to General Manager monthly. Evaluating vendor performance across all warehouses and ensuring audit findings are followed up with actionable improvement plans.

Conducting monthly stock opname and ensuring inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records. Maintaining communication with external vendors for material and transportation support. What We're Looking For
