As a Mart Merchant Partner Associate, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success by guiding and mentoring team members to maximize productivity and foster an inclusive growth culture. You will develop commercial strategies, lead client acquisition efforts, and manage accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, particularly Marketing, to align promotional strategies and deploy marketing assets. You will be responsible for tracking pipelines and team metrics to provide data-driven updates to senior leadership, ensuring that the merchant partner ecosystem continues to thrive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years in Sales or Business Development, including demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team
- Intermediate proficiency in data management and analysis
- English communication skills for professional business interactions
- Foundational knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle
