This role involves supervising marketing activities for Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat, 3) telecommunications products in the Barabai area. The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for increasing and maintaining the customer base, ensuring product visibility, and developing brand awareness in the assigned rural area.
Tanggung jawab: Increasing and maintaining the number of customers; Ensuring POSM availability and product visibility of prepaid cards in the placement area; Developing brand awareness in the placement area; Analyzing and monitoring sites, organizing effective events and branding, and managing social media to increase awareness and support sales; Improving the performance of Merchandisers (MD) in the placement area.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education D3/S1; Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in rural areas or similar, as a Marketing / Sales Supervisor in telecommunications / FMCG; Good communication skills (verbal and written); Honest, responsible, and high integrity; Target-oriented; Able to work with high mobility and in prime physical condition; Mastery of the area and preferably domiciled in the placement area.
