Marketing Supervisor

About the role We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Supervisor . This is a full-time position based in South Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with our strategic business objectives. As a Marketing Supervisor, you will play a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth whilst leading and supporting a marketing team to deliver exceptional results. What you'll be doing

Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote our products and services. Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance, performance feedback and professional development opportunities Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyse campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reports and recommendations for improvement

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment Coordinate with internal departments including sales, product development and customer service to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business goals Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy

Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content including digital, print and social media materials Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives Track industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the organisation competitive
