Responsibilities: Maintain active and professional communication with buyers (B2B clients), both local and international Ensure alignment between buyer requirements and production processes, including delivery and product quality
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (relationship management) Coordinate buyer requirements with internal teams (Production, PPIC, QA, etc.) Provide, manage, and analyze data required for marketing purposes and decision-making
