Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This role manages the end-to-end chartering process, including identifying vessel availability, negotiating charter party agreements and freight rates
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting sales and business development activities, including seeking new business opportunities in the shipping and mining sectors (coal & nickel)
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation
- Achieving personal targets set by the company
- Preparing price offers, proposals, and cooperation contracts
- Negotiating rental rates, voyage charter schemes, or time charters
- Monitoring customer service activities and making relevant decisions
- Creating sales plans and actualizing them against the company's budget
- Compiling commercial reports: fleet utilization, revenue, and margin
- Reporting sales results periodically to management
- Building business relationships with shipowners and cargo owners (mine owners, traders, smelters)
- Attending meetings with clients and networking events to expand the network and market share
