Key Responsibilities Recruit and source qualified seafarers for international shipping companies. Plan, create, and manage recruitment content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Promote the company and job opportunities through digital marketing campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with seafarers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. Plan and execute both online and offline recruitment and marketing activities.

Expand the company's seafarer database and recruitment network. Represent the company's values and employer brand to attract high-quality seafarers. Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for meeting new people and building long-term relationships.

Proficient in social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Experience in digital marketing and online promotion. Ability to create and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
