Kissa10 is an Asian café & bistro that emphasizes exceptional hospitality, a curated wine & cocktail program, and memorable guest experiences. As a pre-opening team member, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building the brand from the ground up.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and guest traffic. This role requires a creative and commercially driven individual who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Previous marketing and social media experience, especially within the F&B industry and/or pre-opening team is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, digital marketing, and audience engagement
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Must currently reside in Bali
- Strong understanding of Bali's hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, and social media landscape is an advantage
- Experience working with influencers, KOLs, media, and brand collaborations is an advantage
