About the role At PT MBH Management, we are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Event Mall & Hall to join our dynamic team in Bekasi, West Java. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the growth and success of our event venues. As the Sales Event Mall & Hall, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the strategic promotion and sale of our event spaces. What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients to identify event venue needs and requirements Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to secure bookings and increase occupancy rates for our event halls and malls Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our venues

Negotiating contracts and finalizing booking details with clients Coordinating closely with our event management team to ensure seamless execution of client events Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seeking new business opportunities

Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or event management role, preferably within the event venue or hospitality industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Strong negotiation and contract management skills Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
