Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy Development Collaborate with senior management to define and refine brand positioning, target audience, and brand voice
Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company values, mission, and long-term goals 2. Marketing Campaigns Conceptualize, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both physical stores and ecommerce
Includes seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints 3. Digital Marketing
Define, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing) Optimize campaigns to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions 4. Retail Store Marketing
Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and store promotions Enhance customer experience and drive foot traffic to physical stores 5. Market Research and Analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the jewelleryor fashion, beauty, luxury retail industry, preferably in Bali.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and brand growth in both physical and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
