The Event Decorator is responsible for creating vibrant, dynamic atmospheres at LYD Bali Group's music venues and hospitality establishments. This role involves designing and implementing stage setups, lighting coordination, thematic decorations, and visual elements that enhance the overall experience of live music events, DJ nights, and special entertainment programming. The successful candidate will work closely with venue managers, DJs, live performers, and the entertainment team to ensure each event delivers maximum visual impact and audience engagement.• Design and execute stage setups for live music performances, DJ sets, and entertainment events • Coordinate lighting design and effects with technical teams to create engaging visual atmospheres • Install and manage props, banners, backdrops, and thematic decorations for various music events• Collaborate with DJs, performers, and artists to understand their vision and technical requirements • Manage setup and breakdown of stage decorations before and after events • Maintain decoration inventory, equipment, and materials across multiple venues• Ensure all decorations meet safety standards and fire regulations for live event venues • Source and procure decoration materials and equipment from local and international suppliers • Adapt to quick changes and urgent requests during event preparation and execution• Create mood boards and visual concepts for special themed events and promotional campaigns • Work closely with F&B teams to ensure decorative elements complement food and beverage offerings • Document events through photography and video for marketing and promotional purposes
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in venue decoration, entertainment venues, or nightlife industry; Portfolio demonstrating experience with music venues, stage design, or nightlife decoration; Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and visual aesthetics; Basic knowledge of lighting systems and technical stage requirements; Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software preferred); Excellent physical condition with ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (20+ kg); Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays for events; Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments; Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment; Proficiency in English; Indonesian language skills highly valued.
Kualifikasi
