Marketing Manager Job Description We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to put Eden Orchid Place on the map. You will drive foot traffic to our Gading Serpong store and build our digital presence to capture the greater Tangerang and Jakarta markets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (online and offline) to increase brand awareness and sales. Oversee social media channels (Instagram, TikTok) and create engaging content plans (reels, photos, copy).

Plan store activation events, seasonal promotions, and collaborations with local influencers or community groups. Manage digital advertising budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analyze ROI. Identify B2B opportunities, such as partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices in Tangerang.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Multimedia, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or social media strategy (experience in luxury goods, lifestyle, or F&B is a plus).

Proficiency with social media trends, basic graphic design (Canva/CapCut), and ad management tools. Creative mindset with strong analytical skills to track campaign performances. Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
